Shipping policy

At Meraki Headwear, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, accurately, and with the level of care our customers expect. Below are the details of our shipping and fulfillment process:

Fulfillment Times

  • In-Stock Hats: Ship same day or next day.

  • Semi-Custom / Using Our Designs on Your Chosen Hat: Typically ships within 3–5 days.

  • Full Custom Orders: Production takes 7–14 business days depending on order size and complexity.

Shipping Schedule
Orders typically ship within 48 hours unless they follow the custom production timelines above. Weekday orders placed before 3:30 PM MST often ship the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff will ship the next business day.

Weekend & Holiday Shipping
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Shipping Transit Times
Standard shipping usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location and carrier performance.

Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
