Refund policy
At Meraki Headwear, our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Below are the details of our return and refund process:
Returns for In-Stock Hats
In-stock hats may be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as they are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. All tags and packaging must be intact.
Returns for Semi-Custom Hats
Semi-custom hats (where we apply one of our Meraki patch designs to your selected blank) are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for you, these products are not eligible for returns or refunds, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Returns for Full Custom Orders
Full custom logo orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds. If your custom order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be available for in-stock hats as long as the item meets return eligibility requirements. Semi-custom and full custom items cannot be exchanged due to their made-to-order nature.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@merakiheadwear.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Please include your order number and clear photos so we can quickly resolve the issue.
Refunds
Refunds for eligible returns will be issued once the product is received and inspected. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after we receive your return.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a damaged or incorrect item).
